What's Next?
Beach Club Project Progress:
The Beach Club Project is moving into the construction phase, with the contract awarded to Millis Development and Construction-Dallas, LLC.
This marks the transition from planning into visible progress at the Beach Club site, as the vision for this space begins to take shape.
As construction activity gets underway, residents may notice an increased presence of personnel, equipment, and materials, along with temporary adjustments to site access and parking. Our team is working closely with project partners to manage these impacts while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
We appreciate the community’s continued support as we coordinate every last detail.
Each step moves us closer to celebrating the reopening of our most beloved amenity in our community, the Beach Club. Opening date: Memorial Day Weekend 2027.
