Beach Club Project Progress:

This milestone would not be possible without the dedication and collaboration of the Beach Club Project Team – including homeowner volunteers representing various Stonebridge Ranch committees – the Stonebridge Ranch Community Association Board of Directors, community leadership, SRCA staff, and valued project partners including Millis Development & Construction, Kimley-Horn, Pritchard, Conduit, and Aqueous, all of whom have played an important role in bringing the vision for the new Beach Club to life.
We would especially like to recognize Board Director and Beach Club Project Manager Bob Edgar for his leadership and commitment throughout the planning and development process.

Designed as more than just a pool, the future Beach Club will serve as a year-round gathering place for residents and families to relax, connect, and make lasting memories together through expanded recreational and gathering spaces (fire pits, playground, picnic areas, pavilion, enhanced veranda, etc.).
Residents can continue to follow project updates, construction progress, photos, videos, and important announcements right here on the Stonebridge Ranch website as we work toward the anticipated Memorial Day Weekend 2027 grand opening.
