BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Stonebridge Ranch Community Association (SRCA) Board of Directors is made up of volunteer homeowners—neighbors just like you—who bring diverse skills and professional experience to the table. Each Director is elected by residents to serve a two- or three-year term, with staggered terms to ensure steady leadership. In addition to their Board duties, each Director also serves as a liaison to one of our volunteer committees, helping guide and support the great work happening across our community.
BOARD OF DIRECTOR MEETINGS
Our Board of Directors meets monthly to discuss and manage association business. Meetings are usually held on the third or fourth Thursday of the month, and we email the agenda to all homeowners the Friday before—so be sure your email is up to date in your Homeowner Portal!
Meeting minutes are posted on the website once they’re officially approved, so you can always catch up if you miss a session.

Jon Dell'Antonia
SRCA BOARD PRESIDENT
Jon Dell’Antonia is pleased to serve as the SRCA Board President. His term expires in March 2027.
Michael Warner
SRCA BOARD VICE PRESIDENT & TREASURER
Michael Warner serves as the Board Vice President as well as the Treasurer and Liaison to the Finance Committee. His term expires in March 2026.
Bill Arnold
SRCA BOARD SECRETARY
Bill Arnold serves as a Board Director and the liaison to the Communications Committee. His term expires in March 2027
Bob Edgar
SRCA BOARD DIRECTOR
Bob Edgar serves as a Board Director and the liaison to the Amenities Committee. His term expires in March 2028.
Kristen Vartian
SRCA BOARD DIRECTOR
Kristen Vartian serves as a Board Director and the liaison to the Modifications and Master Architectural Review Committees. Her term expires in March 2026.
Jim Buerkle
SRCA BOARD DIRECTOR
Jim Buerkle serves as a Board Director and the liaison to the Landscape & Grounds Committee. His term expires in March 2028.
Debbie Cagle Wells
SRCA BOARD DIRECTOR
Debbie Cagle Wells serves as a Board Director as well as the liaison & chair to the Communications Committee. Her term expires in 2028.
Elections & Strategic Plans
Board Elections
Director positions have a term of two or three years (depending on the year). If the number of candidates equals the number of positions to be filled, the Board of Directors, per SRCA bylaws, will vote to accept these two candidates. That vote will occur at the annual Board Organizational Meeting, where Directors are assigned committees for which they will serve as liaisons.
Strategic Plan
Every year, the Board updates the strategic plan to focus on the most important goals and projects ahead. This plan brings our shared Vision and Mission into focus while taking a close look at what’s working, what could improve, and what challenges or opportunities lie ahead. By regularly reviewing and using this living document, the Board makes sure our volunteers and staff have clear direction to keep Stonebridge Ranch looking great and feeling like the premier community we all love.
