Rachael’s Ravings: GM Updates on Virginia and Stonebridge Restoration and More
As we continue through December, our onsite team remains focused on closing out year-end priorities while maintaining consistent, day-to-day operations across the Ranch. Work orders remain active, common areas are being cared for, and seasonal responsibilities are being wrapped up thoughtfully. These final weeks of the year are always busy, and we appreciate your patience and partnership as our teams balance routine service with year-end planning.
Virginia Parkway / Stonebridge Drive Wall Restoration – Good News
We are pleased to share that contractor estimates for the wall restoration at Virginia Parkway and Stonebridge Drive have now been received. These estimates will be forwarded to our insurance carrier to formally finalize the claim, allowing us to move into scheduling the actual repair work.
Thank you sincerely for your continued patience. We recognize this issue has been ongoing since earlier this year, and we understand the frustration that can come with waiting. When engineering, insurance, and restoration are involved, there are required steps and due processes that take time. Our priority has been, and remains, completing this work correctly so the wall is fully restored with long-term integrity. We are encouraged by this progress and will continue to provide updates as scheduling moves forward.
Board & Community Engagement
Earlier this week, Board President Jon Dell’Antonia hosted and facilitated a Board Member Informational Meeting on December 10th. The session provided valuable insight into the role and responsibilities of serving on the Stonebridge Ranch Board of Directors.
We extend our appreciation to all homeowners who participated, both in person and via Zoom. The thoughtful questions, meaningful dialogue, and positive feedback reflect the strong level of engagement that helps support effective governance in our community.
The Board of Directors also concluded its final Board meeting of 2025 on December 11. During this meeting, the Board addressed several important items as part of its fiduciary responsibilities, exercising the authority entrusted to them as elected and appointed volunteer leaders.
Among the actions taken, the Board approved moving forward with collection activities related to a small percentage of homeowners who have not yet paid their assessments. This ensures fairness and consistency for the entire community.
We would like to sincerely thank the overwhelming majority of homeowners who have paid their 2025 assessments, as well as those who have already satisfied their special assessments. Your timely contributions directly support the maintenance of shared amenities, infrastructure, and the long-term financial health of Stonebridge Ranch.
The Board also approved prior meeting minutes and received reports from Board liaisons who serve not only on the Board, but also as liaisons to our homeowner committees. These updates highlighted ongoing efforts and initiatives planned for the coming year, reinforcing the strong collaboration between volunteer leadership and management.
Separately, a general communication will be shared in the coming weeks to provide helpful information about assessments, what they support, and the resources available to homeowners. The intent is transparency and clarity, and to help homeowners plan and stay current.
