Board Election 2026 Results
Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2026 Annual Meeting and Board election.
Following the tabulation of votes, the two candidates receiving the highest number of votes were Tiffany Nesbit and Dylan Wells. Congratulations to both, and thank you for your willingness to serve the Stonebridge Ranch community.
Here’s the breakdown of the results:
- Online: 1,643
- Absentee Votes: 73
- In-Person: 32
- TOTAL VOTES RECEIVED: 1,748
We also extend our appreciation to all candidates who expressed interest in serving. In addition, we recognize Kristen Vartian for her many years of service on the Board of Directors and for the time and dedication she has given to the community. We also thank Joe Closs, who was appointed by the Board in October 2025 to fill the remainder of a Board position that expired this year, for his service during that term.
Also, congratulations to resident L. Watson, our lucky winner of our annual raffle for $1,000. This was randomly drawn from among all residents who helped us achieve quorum.
With the election now concluded, the Board of Directors will convene for its Organizational Meeting on Thursday, March 19 at 12:30 PM to elect officer positions and assign committee liaison roles for the upcoming term.
