Update from the GM: A Fresh Start This Spring at Stonebridge Ranch

Spring is officially here, and with it comes a renewed sense of energy across our community. There’s quite a bit happening behind the scenes and around the Ranch, and I wanted to take a moment to share a few updates with you.

First, our Board of Directors held their first meeting yesterday following the election earlier this month. We’re excited to welcome both new and returning members and look forward to the leadership and collaboration they bring in the year ahead:

• Jon Dell’Antonia, President – Board Liaison to the General Manager/Management
• Debbie Cagle Wells, Vice President & Treasurer – Board Liaison to the Finance Committee
• Bill Arnold, Secretary – Board Liaison to the Amenities Committee
• Jim Buerkle – Board Liaison to the Landscape & Grounds Committee
• Bob Edgar – Board Liaison to the Communications Committee and Beach Club Project Team Chair
• Tiffany Nesbit – Board Liaison to the Modifications & Appeals Committee
• Dylan Wells – Board Liaison to the Social Committee

We appreciate their willingness to serve and their commitment to keeping Stonebridge Ranch a place we are all proud to call home.

On the operations side, our staff has successfully relocated to the temporary office space located at 7290 Virginia Parkway, Ste. 2400 and is settling in well. It’s been especially nice to see residents already stopping by.

Thank you for your continued patience and flexibility during this transition. We’re working hard to keep everything running as smoothly as possible while we move through the next phases of recovery.

Speaking of recovery, progress continues following the damage to the main office. We are actively coordinating with our insurance partners and project consultants as the claim advances through its current phase. Upon completion, we will transition into reconstruction planning. Updates will be provided as key milestones are reached.

Additionally, the Virginia Parkway and Stonebridge Ranch intersection repairs following the recent car accident are nearing completion. We appreciate everyone’s caution and patience as that work has been finalized.

And finally, just in time for a little spring fun, our SpringFest & Easter Event is happening tomorrow! Join us from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Community Room and Circle Drive at our usual location, 6201 Virginia Parkway. It’s always a wonderful opportunity to gather with neighbors, celebrate the season, and enjoy time together as a community. We hope to see you there!
