Coffee & Connect – Resident Engagement Initiative

On Thursday, May 7th, we hosted another Coffee & Connect gathering with residents and members of the onsite team. Residents stopped by to meet with management, share feedback, ask questions, and discuss their experiences living in Stonebridge Ranch.

Coffee & Connect is a newer initiative we have introduced this year as part of our broader effort to strengthen communication and engagement opportunities within the community with the management team. This type of informal resident engagement model is commonly utilized in many large-scale associations and master-planned communities as a way to create open dialogue between homeowners and the teams working behind the scenes supporting day-to-day operations.

While emails, calls, and formal meetings remain important, these smaller in-person touchpoints help foster stronger relationships, transparency, and communication within the community. We appreciate all residents who attended and look forward to continuing the program moving forward.

Main Office Flood / Reconstruction Update

It has now been approximately 2.5 months since the January 28th fire suppression system flood impacting the Association office.

Management continues actively coordinating with insurance representatives, consultants, remediation professionals, and construction resources as we move into the next phase of the project, which is focused on finalizing reconstruction scope, build-back estimates, and overall project planning. This remains an active and evolving process as additional project coordination and scope reconciliation continues.

We appreciate the community’s patience as we work through this complex restoration effort responsibly and methodically.

Beach Club Construction Safety Reminder

As excitement continues building around the Beach Club project, management would like to remind residents that the Beach Club and surrounding main office area remains an active construction zone.

We have recently observed residents and onlookers entering or approaching areas surrounding the project site. While we completely understand the excitement and enthusiasm surrounding the progress being made, we respectfully ask all residents to refrain from visiting the active construction area for safety reasons.

Construction sites present active hazards, equipment movement, restricted access areas, and ongoing contractor operations. For everyone’s safety, please avoid entering or approaching the project area.

We appreciate everyone’s continued excitement and support as this major community project continues progressing.
