The Stonebridge Ranch Community Association is proud to announce a major step forward in the future of our community: the Beach Club construction contract has officially been awarded to Millis Development and Construction-Dallas, LLC.

This moment marks the transition from planning to progress, and the beginning of visible transformation at the future Beach Club site.

What makes this project especially meaningful is the collaboration that goes into it. The Beach Club Project reflects the combined efforts of the team behind it, which includes:

  • Engaged homeowner volunteers who helped shape priorities and feedback
  • The SRCA Board of Directors
  • Experienced project partners in design, engineering, and planning
  • Dedicated SRCA staff supporting every phase

Together, this team has worked to ensure the Beach Club delivers a space that enhances lifestyle, connection, and community experience.

 What Happens Next

With the contract now awarded, the next phase is already underway:

  • Notice to Proceed issued.
  • Final contract execution in progress.
  • City Building Permit issued.
  • Contractor mobilization to follow.
  • Groundbreaking on the horizon.

What Residents Can Expect

  • As work begins, you’ll start to see activity onsite. The arrival of construction personnel, equipment and materials will require adjustments to site access and parking.
  • The Project Team will work closely with Millis Construction to minimize disruptions, while prioritizing safety at every step. We’ll keep you informed.
