Update from the GM: January Operations + New Event – Coffee & Connect

stonebridge ranch coffee and connect update from gm 1.9.26

A Focus on Execution

As we move further into January, the onsite team is fully back in execution mode. This is the point in the year where planning transitions into coordinated action. Much of the work underway right now involves sequencing projects correctly, the Beach Club project, aligning with vendors and consultants, and ensuring daily operations remain steady while longer-term initiatives progress. Some of this work happens behind the scenes, but it is essential to keeping efforts organized, minimizing disruption, and setting projects up for success as the year unfolds.

Operations Across the Community

Routine services continue throughout Stonebridge Ranch, including maintenance, landscaping, and amenity oversight. Teams are also completing inspections, addressing seasonal needs, and closing out remaining 2025 items while finalizing schedules for upcoming work. If you notice an issue that needs attention, please report it so it can be properly logged and tracked.

New Event: Coffee & Connect

We are planning our first Coffee & Connect with the GM and onsite team for the last week of January. This will be an informal opportunity to stop by, say hello, and connect with members of the team in a relaxed setting.

Board Business and Participation

The Board of Directors continues to meet monthly to conduct Association business and guide the long-term stewardship of the community. Homeowners are welcome to attend and observe.

The next Board Meeting is scheduled for January 22, 2026, at 12:30 PM, with both in-person and virtual attendance options. Homeowners wishing to speak during Open Forum may do so by submitting the online request form included with the meeting notice and agenda.
