STONEBRIDGE RANCH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS COMMUNICATION TO HOMEOWNERS

March 16, 2026

The Board of Directors is aware of statements currently circulating on various social media platforms regarding the Association, its governance, and individual Board members.

The Board does not typically respond to online commentary. However, because inaccurate statements regarding the Association and its Board members are currently being widely circulated, the Board believes it is important to provide homeowners with clear and factual information about the community they call home.

Stonebridge Ranch Community Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership. Each member of the Board is, first and foremost, a homeowner and neighbor in this community. These individuals have families, careers, and personal responsibilities, yet they choose to dedicate their time to serving the community. Board members receive no compensation and gain no personal benefit from their service. They serve for one reason: to help protect, maintain, and enhance the quality of life in Stonebridge Ranch.

Volunteer service is not always easy. Serving on the Board requires thoughtful judgment, difficult decision-making, and a significant commitment of time and energy, all while balancing the needs and interests of a large and diverse community. These decisions will not always be universally supported, but they are made with the responsibility of serving the community as a whole.

In recent weeks, certain online commentary has included not only inaccurate information about the Association’s finances and operations, but also personal attacks directed at individual Board members. While disagreement and discussion are a natural part of community governance, personal attacks against volunteer neighbors serving the community are both unfortunate and unnecessary.

The Board will not engage in personal disputes online. However, it is important for homeowners to understand that several claims currently circulating regarding the Association’s governance and financial condition are inaccurate and do not reflect the Association’s actual operations or financial position.

The Association remains in stable financial condition. Financial reports are prepared regularly and reviewed by the Board as part of its oversight responsibilities, and the Association undergoes annual audits conducted by an independent CPA. Homeowners may review Association records in accordance with applicable statutes and governing documents.

Individual Board members do not independently initiate enforcement or collection actions. These matters follow established procedures and occur through Board governance processes and professional management in accordance with the Association’s governing documents.

Statements suggesting that the Association has experienced a multi-million-dollar loss are simply not accurate and do not reflect the Association’s financial standing.

The Board also recognizes that when inaccurate information is widely shared online without context or verification, it can create unnecessary concern among residents and unfairly harm the reputation of the community. Stonebridge Ranch is a highly regarded community, and protecting the integrity and stability of the Association is a responsibility the Board takes seriously.

Transparency remains fundamental to the governance of the Association. Regular Board meetings are held throughout the year, and homeowners are always welcome and encouraged to attend and observe

the Board conducting the business of the Association. From January through October, Board meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month at 12:30 PM.

Homeowners may also request Association records in accordance with applicable law and the Association’s governing documents.

The Board encourages homeowners to rely on official Association communications, Board meetings, and established channels when seeking information about the community.

Assessments paid by homeowners are intended to support the maintenance, preservation, and improvement of the community’s shared assets. The Board’s preference is always to direct those resources toward maintaining and enhancing Stonebridge Ranch for the benefit of all residents.

At the same time, the Board has a duty to protect the Association and the community it represents. If materially false or harmful statements about the Association continue to be publicly circulated, the Board may be required to pursue appropriate action to safeguard the interests and reputation of the community. Situations such as this are always regrettable, and the Board remains hopeful that community dialogue can return to a more constructive and respectful footing.

Stonebridge Ranch is a community built on neighborly respect, shared responsibility, and volunteer leadership. The Board remains committed to responsible governance, transparency, and the continued stewardship of this community.

Homeowners who have questions regarding Association matters are encouraged to contact management directly or attend a Board meeting so that accurate information can be provided.
