Updates from Our GM, Rachael Robinson: Reflecting on 2025 & Looking Ahead to a Strong 2026

SBR Holiday Tree - Update from GM Dec 2025
As we approach the final stretch of the year, our management team is fully engaged in wrapping up year-end housekeeping items and preparing the groundwork for a strong start to 2026. Across the Ranch, daily operations remain steady, holiday lighting is progressing, work orders are active, and routine trash and debris removal continues to keep our common areas clean. Every department is deep into closing out their seasonal responsibilities, and your patience during these busy months is sincerely appreciated.
Work is also moving forward at the Virginia Parkway and Stonebridge Drive restoration site. The engineering report outlining exactly what’s required to restore the damaged wall has been completed, and it now guides the next steps as we move toward contractor scheduling. We’ll continue to proceed carefully and correctly, no shortcuts, so that the structure is rebuilt with full integrity. Thank you for your continued understanding as this multi-step, necessary process moves ahead.
Beach Club Project
Our homeowner volunteers continue working closely with our project partners to shape the future of the Beach Club. These volunteers represent their respective committees and bring invaluable homeowner perspective to every discussion, from the overall layout to long-term maintenance considerations. Together with firms like Kimley-Horn, Conduit, Pritchard, and Aqueous, the team is focused on delivering a high-quality, premier signature amenity built to be enjoyed for generations.
Every detail is handled with care: cost containment, durable materials, long-term maintenance savings, practical restroom placement for families, even the most efficient and comfortable types of lounge chairs for summer afternoons. Nothing is too small to matter.
Updates will continue across our communication channels, and you can always find the most current information at stonebridgeranch.com/beach-club.

Landscape & Grounds
Our Landscape & Grounds team remains busy day and night. Recent articles have highlighted the progress on wildflower planning, color bed transitions, and the multi-phase fence project around the community. Behind the scenes, crews are constantly working to balance beauty with responsibility, most notably through careful water management. Their goal is simple but essential: keep Stonebridge Ranch vibrant while controlling long-term irrigation costs.

A Quick Refresher: Why Assessments Matter
We appreciate our homeowners doing their part to help maintain the community we proudly call home. Because an HOA doesn’t collect taxes like a city does, our operating funds come from assessments, and those contributions make it possible to care for the shared spaces we enjoy every day. Your assessment isn’t a fee for a single service; it’s an investment in the community we’ve built together.
Thanks to your partnership, we’re able to support essentials such as:
  • irrigation and water management systems
  • upkeep of walls, monuments, and perimeter fencing
  • lake health and aeration equipment
  • pathways, parks, playgrounds, and common areas
  • lighting, signage, and safety elements
  • long-term replacement and renewal of aging assets
When everyone contributes their portion, the benefits are felt across the entire neighborhood. Your consistency helps preserve the beauty, functionality, and long-term value of Stonebridge Ranch. This is what “working together” truly means, not symbolic, but foundational, and we’re grateful for every homeowner who helps make this possible.

Get Involved in Shaping the Future
Board elections are just around the corner. If you’re interested in learning more about leadership at Stonebridge Ranch, Board President Jon Dell-Antonia will host an informational meeting on December 10, 2025. This is your opportunity to hear firsthand what serving on the Board entails.
If you’re looking to start with something smaller, consider applying for one of our six homeowner committees: Communications, Finance, Landscape & Grounds, Social, Amenities, or Modifications. Each committee plays a meaningful role in shaping the community. Learn more and submit your application here: stonebridgeranch.com/committees/.

Stay Connected
We know no one wants an overloaded inbox, and we’re mindful of that. Still, keeping you informed is a priority, and email remains one of the most direct ways to share timely updates with homeowners. Along with email notifications, we offer several communication channels (including our Friday Flash, the monthly Stonebridge Ranch News digital magazine, and other periodic updates) so you can stay in the loop in whatever way works best for you. To choose the updates you want to receive, visit our Sign-Up Pagehere.
You can also log into your CiraNet Resident Portal and check your contact information to ensure you’re opted into email communications. A quick review there helps ensure nothing important slips through the cracks.

A Note of Gratitude
As the year comes to a close, I want to personally thank you for your warm welcome. Being relatively new to the community, I hit the ground running—and I could not be more appreciative of the kindness, support, and collaboration I’ve received from the Board, volunteers, and homeowners. It is truly a pleasure to serve this remarkable community, and I’m excited for all that’s ahead in 2026.

We’d Love to Hear from You!
