Rachael’s Ravings: Community Priorities for January 2026
I hope you and your family had a wonderful holiday. As we move out of December and prepare to welcome the new year, I wanted to share a brief look at what’s ahead as we enter January 2026.
Looking Ahead to January
January is always a transition month. Our onsite team will be focused on:
- Closing out final 2025 administrative items
- Implementing the approved 2026 operating plan
- Resuming full project cadence following the holiday period
- Continuing routine service across the community, including maintenance, landscaping, and amenity oversight
You will begin to see communication pick back up in the new year as projects, committee activity, and Board-related initiatives resume.
2026 Assessments
For those who have not yet done so, this is a reminder that 2026 Annual Assessment statements have been distributed. If you have questions about your account or need assistance, our team is available to help as we head into January. REMINDER: Assessments must be paid by no later than January 31st to avoid late fees as outlined in the collection policy.
Ongoing Projects
Work related to the Virginia Parkway and Stonebridge Drive wall restoration will continue to move through the insurance review process. While this work has taken time, progress is being made, and updates will be shared as next steps are confirmed in the new year.
Staying Connected
As always, if you notice something that needs attention, please email stoneb@ciramail.com. This ensures your request is directed to the appropriate team member.
Thank you for your engagement throughout 2025. We look forward to starting 2026 with clarity, momentum, and continued focus on the long-term care of Stonebridge Ranch.
Wishing you a safe and happy New Year.
