Did you know you can access the full 2024 audit report (shared by SRCA’s certified public accountant on April 9, 2025) through the CiraNet Homeowner Portal?

While our annual budget, monthly financial reports and previous audit reports have always been accessible via our CiraNet Homeowner Portal, we wanted to extend this openness even further and offer homeowners a deeper look into what goes on behind the scenes.

Any records not located on the website or in the CiraNet Homeowner Portal can be requested via certified mail.
