REPORT AN ISSUE
Stonebridge Ranch covers a very large area. Sometimes residents spot maintenance issues on association property before staff do. Use this online form to report an upkeep or maintenance issue at one of the SRCA amenities or in SRCA common areas.
Examples of issues to report using this form:
- Broken lights at entrance monuments
- Sprinkler spray location issues
- Landscaping concerns

Please note that the SRCA does not own or maintain:
- Public streets
- Streets owned by sub-associations
- Street lights

COURTESY PATROL
Stonebridge Ranch Courtesy Patrol officers monitor association construction sites, facilities, common areas, and amenities and report any suspicious activity to the City of McKinney Police Department. The patrol offers a wide range of services on behalf of the association.
Residents may call our courtesy officers at (214) 794-4945 to report suspicious, non-emergency activities.
For emergencies, always call 911.

VISITING THE OFFICE
The association office is located at the top of the tree-lined drive at 6201 Virginia Parkway. If you’ve never visited the office before, look for the landscaped stone monument on the south side of Virginia Parkway between Stonebridge Drive and Ridge Road (pictured below). It says “Community Association Office/Beach & Tennis Club” and is set back slightly from the street with some landscaping.
When you see that sign, turn south onto the tree-lined drive from Virginia Parkway. To your right, you’ll see tennis courts followed by playground. Do not turn left or right off the main drive toward any of these areas or other parking lots. Instead, continue driving all the way up the hill to the very top (note the map posted further below), where you’ll see stone buildings, a circle drive, and some parking spots. You may park where the blue signs say “Office Parking”.
The association office is the building with the clock tower. It sits to the left of the flagpoles. In front, there is a square stone sign with an embossed logo and the words ‘Association Office.’

Our homeowner’s association is professionally managed by GrandManors (GM).
The reception desk for the onsite office can be reached by emailing stoneb@ciramail.com or calling (214) 733-5800. Onsite staff are available M-F, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, to respond to queries. Read ahead for the phone directory related to specific issues and departments.
e.g. You need help with your Modification Application or understanding the Modification Design Guidelines, or you’ve received a notice about the maintenance of your yard or fence
For questions related to Modification Applications, contact the onsite staff.
For compliance questions, queries about the Modification Design Guidelines, or issues related to a violation notice, call our office to be directed to support staff on our compliance team.
e.g. How to get my Stonebridge Ranch ID, renting a Beach Club pavilion or the Community Room, etc.

If you spot a broken sprinkler in common area during office hours, please call the onsite office immediately. If it’s after hours, call Courtesy Patrol at (214) 794-4945.
