What's Next?
Beach Club Project Progress: Design Review Milestones
The Beach Club Project reached two exciting milestones in the month of October. First, project design reached 60% and a related design review was accomplished. Check out the newest 3D renderings of our project here (or see them displayed in our lobby next time you swing by the Association Office).
Second, the City of McKinney’s site plan review, one of several phases in the City’s permitting process, was completed. The project site plan was approved on October 15th.
Each step moves us closer to celebrating the reopening of our most beloved amenity in our community – the Beach Club.
We look forward to sharing continued progress as the Beach Club vision comes to life.
