What's Next?
With contracts finalized, the Beach Club Project is entering the technical design stage! Our partners: Kimley-Horn, Aqueous Engineering, Conduit Architecture + Design, and Pritchard Associates, are now working to turn your feedback into detailed, construction-ready plans.
Here’s a sneak peek at some of the planned enhancements:
