Beach Club Project Progress:
The Beach Club Project Team – made up of homeowner volunteers who partner with our trusted vendors – looks forward to continued progress into the New Year. Our consultants are refining final details and coordinating closely with the City of McKinney as part of the 90% design review process, which helps ensure everything is aligned before construction begins.
What’s next: As City coordination wraps up, the team will shift fully into construction planning and contractor bidding as we move into the new year.
What does “90% design review” mean?
The 90% design review is a key project milestone where plans are almost finalized and formally coordinated with the City of McKinney. At this stage, the City reviews details like layout, safety, utilities, and code requirements to ensure everything is ready for construction.
We appreciate the community’s continued support as we coordinate every last detail.
Each step moves us closer to celebrating the reopening of our most beloved amenity in our community, the Beach Club. Opening date: Memorial Day Weekend 2027.
