We are pleased to present our four (4) candidates in the 2025 election for three (3) vacancies on the Board of Directors. Click on each name to learn more about the candidates:

There are three (3) options to vote. Please vote using only one method.
1. Vote online (the easiest way!).
Electronic voting is safe and easy thanks to our third-party representative, VoteHOANow.
Online voting will be available via VoteHOANow from NOON CST on Friday, February 21 through 6:30 PM CST on Thursday, March 13.
Members who have provided an email address in their private online account at www.Ciranet.com/residentportal will automatically receive an encrypted link via email to enter the voting site. The sender of this email will be stonebridgeranch@ivotehoa.com.
Follow the instructions from this email to cast your vote.
Don’t worry: If you don’t receive the encrypted link by email from stonebridgeranch@ivotehoa.com, you can still vote online. Please contact the office at 214-733-5800 or email STONEB@Ciramail.com to request your code.
2. Submit an Absentee Ballot.
Grab an Absentee Ballot from the management office (or PRINT IT HERE).
For this Absentee Ballot to be counted, it must be received at the following location or email address by NOON on Thursday, March 13, 2025.

3. Vote via Proxy Form.
Use this PROXY FORM if you want to assign your vote to the Board, to an SRCA member of your choice, or if you want to participate in the meeting quorum and prize drawing** at the event without voting in the election. This form is also available at the office.
Follow the submission instructions noted above in option #2 above.
**Prize Drawing Two lucky households will be chosen by random drawings from the quorum participants to win a $1,000 prize! (Both in-person and online attendees qualify.)
4. Vote in person at the Annual Meeting.
To enter and collect a ballot, you must present a valid photo ID (Stonebridge Ranch ID or driver’s license with your property address). Even if you plan to attend the meeting in person, we highly recommend you vote early using one of the above options. This will help ensure that we reach our required quorum, and it will cut down on your own wait time and contact points with other people when you sign in. Please come early so we can start on time.
