In 2008, the Stonebridge Ranch Community Association (SRCA) officially switched from developer to homeowner control. No longer is the community in the hands of investors or developers. Instead, homeowners from within the community have taken on the role of leadership by volunteering to serve. Their work continues today, with over 50 residents now donating their time, expertise, and passion to the Board of Directors or one of six committees: Amenities, Communications, Finance & Investment, Landscape & Grounds, Modifications, and Social.
Most spend anywhere between 1-20 hours in a given week volunteering on behalf of the community. All pledge to consider the needs of the community as a whole when making decisions on behalf of their neighbors. Their task is a broad and complex one, considering our unusually large number of villages, 500+ acres of common area and the variety of amenities in our portfolio.
