2025 Special Assessment

The $1,204 Special Assessment (approved by the Board earlier this year) that will fund the Beach Club pool replacement and select amenity upgrades was due on September 1. We encourage homeowners to log into the CiraNet Resident Portal to review your account and ensure you’ve chosen the payment method that works best for your household.

Multiple Ways to Pay

Pay In Full

If you prefer to pay in full or choose not to use Auto Pay, you have several payment options:

  • One-time online payment: Log in to the Resident Portal make a one-time payment using a credit card, debit card or e-check. From there, you can select and manage your preferred payment method
  • By mail: Send a check or money order made payable to SRCA. If mailing your payment, please include the tear-off portion of your statement, which contains your account number and property information for accurate processing
  • In person: Drop off a check or money order made payable to SRCA (Stonebridge Ranch Community Association) at the office between 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday

Autopay

There are 3 options regarding Autopay ACH drafts. Please log in to the Resident Portal account to ensure you have selected the best option for your financial plans.

  • Option 1) Assessment charges – Autopay ACH draft will run September 2 for the special assessment, and then again on January 2 for the regular assessment.
    • If you opt for a special assessment payment plan, send the completed form into STONEB@ciramail.com so that we may update your billing to reflect your payment plan choices-Autopay ACH will then draw that incremented amount monthly
    • Set up Special ACH payments through your Resident Portal. Simply select the “Other” option and enter your amount (e.g., $1,204 or the fixed rate established through your payment plan).
  • Option 2) Open balance – Autopay ACH draft will run on the 2nd of any month that an open balance is due
  • Option 3) Other – AutoPay will draft a specific amount designated by the homeowner once billing is applied. Please note: This option requires close monitoring to ensure correct amounts are drafted and to avoid potential late fees

📌 Please note: The due date of the Special Assessment was 9/1 and was required to be paid by September 30, 2025, to avoid any penalties if you do not take advantage of a payment plan.  

Everything You Need is on the Portal

You can find helpful documents like the payment schedule, FAQs, and updated Beach Club renderings anytime on the Resident Portal or the CiraMobile App (for phone or tablet).

  • Once logged into CiraNet, simply go to: My Account (or “My Property” on the App) > My Documents > Community Info folder
