Summer Landscape Care, Monument Maintenance, & Beach Club Concrete Pour for the Pool
Summer is in full swing, and behind the scenes, our Landscape & Grounds and Maintenance teams are hard at work keeping Stonebridge Ranch beautiful, safe and well-maintained while making exciting progress on one of our community’s signature amenities.
Keeping Stonebridge Ranch Looking Its Best
With North Texas temperatures on the rise, our Landscape & Grounds team continues monitoring common areas, greenbelts, parks and entrances throughout the community to help landscapes thrive during the summer months.
To support healthy turf, trees and seasonal plantings, irrigation schedules are being adjusted as needed based on weather conditions. Crews also perform routine inspections of irrigation systems to identify leaks, broken sprinkler heads and coverage issues. If you notice a dry area, it may be receiving repairs or irrigation adjustments.
Routine summer maintenance also continues across the community, including:
- Mowing and edging common areas
- Tree and shrub trimming
- Mulch touch-ups
- Seasonal landscape cleanup
- Irrigation inspections and repairs
Residents who notice a broken sprinkler head or landscape concern in an Association-maintained common area are encouraged to submit a request so our team can review it. Maintenance Spotlight: Monument Pressure Washing
Our Maintenance Department continues pressure washing community monuments throughout Area C (see map here) of Stonebridge Ranch.
Over time, weather, dust, pollen, algae and other environmental buildup can leave monuments looking worn. Regular pressure washing helps preserve these community features, enhances curb appeal, improves visibility of monument signage and protects surfaces from long-term staining and deterioration.
It’s one of the many routine maintenance projects that helps keep Stonebridge Ranch looking welcoming for residents and visitors alike.
Beach Club Update: A Major Milestone Ahead
Another exciting milestone is happening at the future Beach Club!
On Tuesday, July 21, from approximately 3:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., our construction partners will pour the concrete that will form the foundation of the new pool!
This marks an exciting step forward as construction continues on what will become Stonebridge Ranch’s revitalized signature amenity for generations to come.
