Beach Club Construction Update: Construction Continues to Move Forward
Exciting progress continues at the Stonebridge Ranch Beach Club as the project team moves through the next phases of construction and coordinates several important components of the renovation.
Upcoming Construction & Site Progress
The construction schedule has been updated following confirmation of several upcoming activities. Crews are preparing for work associated with the new shade structures, while progress continues on the children’s pool and pavilion.
The playground package is also nearing completion as the team works toward final procurement, bringing another key element of the future Beach Club experience closer to reality.
Design & Construction Coordination
Behind the scenes, the project team continues working through several design and construction details necessary to keep the renovation moving forward. Current coordination efforts include:
- Utility routing
- Veranda improvements
- AV and access control planning
- Remaining project submittals and approvals
These items are being carefully coordinated with the appropriate project partners as construction advances.
Protecting Trees & Maintaining Site Safety
Tree preservation and construction-site safety continue to be important priorities throughout the project.
Crews are addressing soil placement around protected trees, maintaining appropriate watering measures, and reviewing additional recommendations designed to support tree preservation during construction.
The contractor is also strengthening site access controls and signage to help prevent unauthorized entry into the active construction area. Residents are reminded to remain outside all designated construction zones for their safety.
Moving the Beach Club Renovation Forward
Overall, the Beach Club Renovation Project continues to move forward, with the project team focused on resolving outstanding coordination items, maintaining construction progress, and preparing for upcoming phases of work.
As construction continues, residents can expect to see additional activity and visible changes throughout the Beach Club site.
