Beach Club Construction Update: Progress, Progress, Progress!

Progress continues at the Stonebridge Ranch Beach Club, with several major components of the renovation moving forward. The main pool shell has been completed, and crews are now advancing work on the children’s pool, underground utilities, and supporting infrastructure.

Over the next several weeks, residents can expect to see continued activity throughout the site, including:

• Children’s Pool: Excavation and construction are underway, with structural work progressing through September.
• Restroom & Equipment Building: Foundation work is beginning, with construction continuing as the project advances.
• Underground Utilities: Stormwater, water, electrical, and data infrastructure work will continue through September.
• Shade Structures & Veranda: Preparations are progressing for shade structures, along with continued planning and work associated with the veranda renovation.
• Future Site Improvements: Later phases will include pool decking and finishes, playground installation, site furnishings, landscaping, irrigation, and other amenity improvements.

The current project schedule reflects substantial completion in spring 2027, followed by final commissioning, inspections, punch-list work, and turnover.
