PURPOSE. The SRCA maintains the official SRCA Facebook Group to provide SRCA information and to help promote SRCA services, policies, and objectives to our residents. We allow the public to join the group so that prospective residents can learn about our community before choosing to purchase or rent a home here. Note that SRCA social functions mentioned in the Facebook group are for Stonebridge Ranch residents only (and when permitted, their guests).
NOT FOR PUBLIC USE. SRCA services mentioned in the Facebook group (e.g. social events, amenities, etc.) are not open to the public—they are paid for by our homeowners and are for resident attendance and use only. Guest attendance requirements for specific SRCA events and amenities can be found here at www.StonebridgeRanch.com.
CLOSED TO COMMENTS. Posts on the Facebook group are closed to comments. This policy ensures the protection of homeowner privacy. It also ensures that only information endorsed by SRCA regarding services and other issues is shared in our feed. Posts and comments in other forums regarding the SRCA may contain misinformation or promote inflammatory discord which does not reflect SRCA policy, operations, or objectives. Posts in the official SRCA Facebook group are intended to educate and assist residents; however, they are not a substitute for SRCA governing document content and requirements. We encourage group members to contact SRCA staff with any questions regarding information shared in the Facebook group.
SUGGESTIONS. Is there a topic you’d like to see addressed in official SRCA communication channels? The Communications Committee reviews all suggestions. Please send your considerations via direct message (DM) to the admin of the Facebook group, by filling out the ‘Submit a Question’ form at this website, or by emailing STONEB@ciramail.com.
ASK TO JOIN & DIRECT MESSAGES. We monitor the Facebook group during non-holiday business hours. We respond to join requests and legitimate queries during business hours. We reserve the right not to respond to direct messages, and we do not acknowledge nonconstructive/inflammatory comments.

COMMON AREA CONCERNS. If you have a question related to SRCA common area, please contact staff directly as noted above. Outside of the non-holiday business hours (M-F, 8:30 AM to 5 PM), if you witness a non-emergency issue in SRCA common area, call our Courtesy Patrol at 214-794-4945. For emergencies, call 911.
TIMELINESS & ACCURACY. Varying circumstances can impact the timeliness and accuracy of the content which appears in historical posts in our feed. Always refer back to this website for comprehensive, official information about all aspects of the association.
LINKS. This Facebook group may contain links to other internet sites and resources as a convenience to the viewer. Linked sites/pages may not be maintained by the SRCA and, as such, the Association is not responsible for the content of those sites. In addition, the inclusion of a linked site/page does not constitute an endorsement or promotion by the SRCA.
SUBMISSIONS. We may host contests or calls for submissions via this group. Residents who submit content or media affirm that they own the rights to the materials, and they grant the SRCA permission to use the content in official SRCA communications.
