Each property within Stonebridge Ranch is part of the Stonebridge Ranch Community Association (SRCA), and each property owner automatically becomes a voting member when they purchase a property here. Thus, the associations default method for communicating with you is to utilize the home mailing address of your SRCA property.
However, we highly encourage all landlord property owners to also create a private online account on the website for our property management company, GrandManors at www.Ciranet.com. This facilitates efficient communication. As part of the homeowner account profile, you can include your telephone contact number and multiple email addresses. Further, within your account, you can always see in real time any assessments, fines, or compliance violations noted to your property and you can upload Modifications Applications.
WHY YOU SHOULD CREATE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT
If you don’t take the steps to create an online profile, upload your contact info, and keep your contact info current, the association must rely on mailing all communication to you via your SRCA property address. The risk is that tenants and landlords can miscommunicate regarding official association notices, such as annual assessments, information regarding the annual meeting, or notices about compliance violations associated with the property.
Failure to respond to assessments and violations within required time periods can lead to fines against your account. Because each the property owner is ultimately responsible for resolving such issues, it is imperative that homeowners remain the first point of contact with the association rather than renting tenants.
