Stonebridge Ranch is excited to welcome Taylor Cowan, a lifestyle p
Professional with eight years of experience in community management and lifestyle programming. Taylor brings a passion for creativity, community connection, and creating memorable experiences that bring residents and families together.
Throughout her career, Taylor has developed everything from large-scale community festivals and signature events to resident programs, local partnerships, and new community traditions. She believes great lifestyle programming is about more than hosting events—it’s about creating opportunities for neighbors to connect, families to build traditions, and residents to truly love where they live.
Taylor’s dedication to the industry has also earned recognition throughout her career. In 2023, she was named McSAM Lifestyle Director of the Year and has been a multiple-time nominee for CAI and STAR Awards. Several of the events she has helped create have also received media attention, including features in Yahoo News.
As she begins her journey with Stonebridge Ranch, Taylor looks forward to meeting residents, building new partnerships, and bringing fresh and creative experiences to the community. Most importantly, she is excited to help create even more opportunities for residents to connect, celebrate, and make lasting memories together.

Laser Tag Takes Over Stonebridge Ranch Plaza!
Ready, aim, FUN! Stonebridge Ranch Plaza was transformed into an action-packed laser tag arena this past Saturday, August 15, and our residents came ready to play!
The event featured an incredible 12 rounds of laser tag, with players divided into different age groups for nonstop friendly competition. Between rounds, kids kept the excitement going inside the game truck, packed with plenty of games and entertainment while they waited for their turn to jump back into the action.
There was no shortage of running, dodging, cheering, and laughter throughout the day—and the kids weren’t the only ones having fun! Even some of our parents jumped into the arena to show off their laser tag skills, making for some especially memorable moments.
