Fence Improvement Project Nears Completion; Maintenance Projects on Wellington Ponds and Monuments Continue

Stonebridge Ranch’s Landscape & Grounds and Maintenance teams continue making progress on projects that preserve the beauty, functionality, and long-term value of our community.

The 2026 Fence Improvement Project is now nearing completion, with fence maintenance finished in all scheduled villages, including Fountain View. This year’s work included structural repairs, replacement of damaged fence sections where needed, and other maintenance based on the condition of each fence. Painting in Fountain View is expected to begin this week, weather permitting, completing the final phase of this year’s project.

Fence maintenance is part of the Association’s long-term capital improvement program, which helps extend the life of community assets and maintain the attractive appearance of Stonebridge Ranch. If your neighborhood’s fence was not included this year, additional fence maintenance is anticipated to resume in Spring 2027.

Beyond the fence project, our Maintenance team continues to advance several community improvement efforts. Current work includes coordinating pressure washing and repainting of community monuments, mobilizing the Wellington 7 pond restoration project—including the safe relocation of wildlife before construction begins, reviewing maintenance needs at the La Cima and Cascades fountains, and coordinating upcoming tennis court maintenance and related improvements.
