Landscape, Irrigation, & Monument Improvements This Summer at Stonebridge Ranch

LG irrigation update - srca

Summer is one of the busiest seasons for keeping Stonebridge Ranch looking its best. As temperatures rise, our Landscape & Grounds team continues working throughout the community to maintain common areas, protect landscaping, and complete seasonal improvement projects.

Here’s a look at what’s happening around the Ranch.

Keeping Common Areas Looking Their Best

Routine summer landscape maintenance is in full swing across Stonebridge Ranch. Crews continue mowing, edging, and trimming common areas to help keep neighborhoods neat, healthy, and enjoyable for everyone. As the Texas heat increases, irrigation systems are also being closely monitored and adjusted to help provide the right amount of water where it’s needed most.

You’ll also see crews replacing damaged or declining shrubs, flowers, and other plant material in select common areas to keep community landscaping looking fresh throughout the season.

Residents play an important role in helping us care for the community. If you notice a landscape or maintenance concern in a common area, please report it to the Association office so our team can investigate. Simply go to StonebridgeRanch.com > Contact. From there, use the “Report an Issue” button. This routes your message directly to our team members.

Monument Improvements Continue

Stonebridge Ranch’s community monuments help create the welcoming entrances that residents and visitors enjoy every day. As many of these monuments approach 30 years of age, some are beginning to show normal signs of wear.

The Association has completed repairs to cracks at several monument locations and continues addressing additional sites throughout the community.

At the same time, our team is evaluating monuments across the Ranch to identify those that may need future repairs or full replacement. This assessment will help us develop a prioritized plan for both near-term repairs and long-term replacement projects as monuments reach the end of their service life.

Maintaining attractive, welcoming entrances remains a priority, and we appreciate your patience as these improvements are completed over time.

Additional Maintenance Updates

Several other maintenance projects are also underway this summer:

  • Monument washing throughout Area C (see map here) is ongoing as crews continue cleaning community monuments.
  • The La Cima Fountain will require a new motor. Replacement is expected to take up to six weeks while parts are obtained and installed.
  • Work in the Wellington area is underway as part of ongoing maintenance efforts and will continue over the coming weeks.

Thank you for helping us keep Stonebridge Ranch beautiful. Your support and partnership help ensure our shared spaces remain welcoming and well cared for throughout the year.
