Exciting progress continues at the Stonebridge Ranch Beach Club as the project moves forward! Current construction efforts are focused on the pool, site utilities, restroom and equipment room, and shade structure.
Pool Progress Continues
Pool plumbing is currently underway as crews prepare for the next stages of construction. Work is also progressing toward the installation of pool tile and coping.
The project team is preparing to finalize selections for the pool tile, coping, and decking as construction moves into its next phase.
Site and Facility Improvements
Utility installation and additional site work continue throughout the Beach Club property. Progress is also being made on the restroom and equipment room, along with preparations for the new shade structure.
Each of these components brings the project another step closer to creating an updated space for Stonebridge Ranch residents to enjoy.

Ever Wonder Who’s Behind the Drone Videos?
If you’ve enjoyed watching our Beach Club construction updates from above – like the recent aerial footage of the concrete pour – you have one of your neighbors to thank!
As part of our ongoing Beach Club construction updates, the Association would like to thank Stonebridge Ranch resident Jimmy Chan for generously volunteering his time and providing aerial footage of the project. His in-kind contribution has allowed residents to follow the progress from a unique aerial perspective, and we truly appreciate his support of the community.
