Beach Club Construction Update: Project Progress and Upcoming Milestones

Exciting progress continues at the Stonebridge Ranch Beach Club as several major components of the renovation move forward. With the main pool shell now complete, crews are shifting their focus to the children’s pool, underground utilities, supporting infrastructure, and other essential site improvements.

Main Pool Shell Completed

Completion of the main pool shell represents an important milestone in the Beach Club transformation. While additional finishes, decking, equipment, and supporting features are still to come, the completed shell provides the foundation for the next stages of pool construction.

Children’s Pool Construction Underway

Excavation and construction of the children’s pool are underway, with structural work expected to continue through September. This area will remain an active part of the construction site as crews complete the pool structure and prepare it for future finishes and surrounding amenities.

Restroom and Equipment Building

Foundation work is beginning for the new restroom and equipment building. Construction will continue as the project advances, providing important operational support for the renovated Beach Club and its amenities.

Underground Utility Improvements

Crews will continue installing and coordinating underground infrastructure throughout September. This work includes:

• Stormwater systems
• Water lines
• Electrical infrastructure
• Data and communications connections

Although much of this work may not be visible once the project is complete, it is essential to the safe and reliable operation of the renovated facility.

Shade Structures and Veranda Renovation

Preparations are also progressing for the Beach Club’s new shade structures. Planning and coordination remain underway for the veranda renovation, which will complement the broader improvements being made throughout the facility.

What Comes Next?

Later phases of the renovation will introduce many of the features that will shape the Beach Club’s finished appearance and resident experience, including:

• Pool decking and finishes
• Playground installation
• Site furnishings
• Landscaping and irrigation
• Additional amenity and site improvements

Each phase will build upon the structural and infrastructure work currently taking place.

Anticipated Spring 2027 Completion

The current project schedule reflects substantial completion in spring 2027. Following substantial completion, the project will move into final commissioning, inspections, punch-list work, and turnover before the renovated Beach Club is ready to welcome residents.
