Beach Club Construction Update: Pool Progress, Playground Planning & Project Milestones

There’s plenty of progress happening at the future Stonebridge Ranch Beach Club, and while some of the work may not always be visible from the road, the construction continues moving forward.

Over the past few weeks, crews have continued work on the pool, while final plans for the playground and site lighting are being wrapped up. These finishing details help shape the overall experience and ensure every space is thoughtfully designed before installation begins.

The team is also reviewing the final finish for the entry area of the pool. Once a selection is made, samples and mockups will be completed so the finished product looks just right.

Behind the scenes, contractors are completing the final approvals needed before additional concrete work begins. These reviews help ensure everything meets project specifications before construction moves into the next phase.

As always, the project team continues looking for smart ways to maximize value while maintaining the quality residents expect. They’re also coordinating utility inspections and finalizing details for features like the pool cabanas and outdoor gathering spaces.
