Beach Club Construction Update: Pool Progress, Furniture Decisions & Project Milestones
Steady Progress Toward Reopening
The Beach Club Project continues to make steady and positive progress, with work advancing across several key areas of the facility. At this time, the project remains on target for the anticipated reopening and continues to remain within the approved budget. The project team is closely monitoring construction progress, timelines, and upcoming milestones to help ensure work continues moving forward as planned.
Pool Construction Moves Forward
Construction activity continues throughout the pool areas and supporting infrastructure. The main pool is progressing, with crews continuing to complete the necessary improvements and construction work. Work on the children’s pool is also moving into its next phase, marking another important step toward completion of the overall project.
Infrastructure, Security & Facility Improvements
In addition to the pool construction, coordination is ongoing for several of the systems and improvements that will support the Beach Club once it reopens. This includes work related to utilities, security and access systems, facility infrastructure, and other remaining improvements. These components are being carefully coordinated alongside the primary construction schedule to help ensure the facility is fully operational and ready to welcome residents back.
Bringing the New Beach Club Experience Together
Progress is also being made on the finishing touches that will shape the overall look and experience of the renovated Beach Club. Furniture selections have been finalized, and the project team is now working through final finishes, design details, and other remaining elements. These selections are an important part of creating a refreshed, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and their families to enjoy.
Looking Ahead
As construction continues, the project team will remain focused on maintaining the project schedule, managing costs responsibly, and ensuring each phase of work is completed with the long-term needs of the community in mind.
We are excited to see the Beach Club transformation continue to take shape and look forward to sharing additional updates as we move closer to reopening this beloved Stonebridge Ranch amenity.
