Beach Club Construction Update: Construction Progress Continues
Exciting progress continues at the Stonebridge Ranch Beach Club! The project has officially moved into active construction, and residents will begin seeing even more visible changes as multiple areas of the renovation move forward at the same time.
Main Pool Construction Takes Shape
The main pool is beginning to take shape, with major structural work completed and underground pool plumbing successfully inspected.
Work is now advancing toward the next major components of the project, including the new restroom and equipment facilities, along with continued development of the children’s pool area.
Renovations Begin at the Grill
Renovation work has also begun on the Grill, marking another exciting step forward for the Beach Club.
Planning and coordination continue for several additional features that will help bring the completed Beach Club experience together, including the Pavilion, playground, shade structures, site furnishings, lighting, and other site improvements.
Behind the Scenes: Keeping the Project Moving
While residents will continue to see more construction activity on-site, a significant amount of work is also happening behind the scenes.
The project team continues working closely with the contractor, design professionals, utility providers, and the City of McKinney to coordinate permitting, utilities, infrastructure, and the many individual components required to keep a project of this size moving forward.
Project Budget & Progress
The Beach Club project remains within its overall budget, and the team continues to actively monitor construction progress, upcoming work, and project coordination.
As we enter this next stage of construction, residents can expect to see increased activity throughout the Beach Club site as several areas progress simultaneously.
