Beach Club Reaches Major Construction Milestone with Pool Foundation Concrete Pour

The future Beach Club reached another exciting milestone this week as construction crews successfully completed the concrete pour for the new pool foundation.

Beginning in the early morning hours on Tuesday, July 21st, crews worked steadily to place the concrete that will serve as the foundation for what will become Stonebridge Ranch’s new signature aquatic amenity. This critical phase of construction marks a major step forward, transforming the project from site preparation and earthwork into the structural foundation of the new pool.

The concrete pouring process took from 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Several residents stopped by to watch the impressive operation in person, while many more followed the progress from home through our Beach Club Live Feed. It was exciting to see our community come together to witness this important moment in the Beach Club’s transformation.

The successful completion of the pool foundation brings us one step closer to creating a vibrant destination where families and neighbors will gather, celebrate, and make memories for generations to come.
