Under the professional management of RTI/Community Management Associates, Inc. (CMA), our homeowners have the support of both an onsite staff and a corporate Customer Care team. Each group provides help in different areas. 

WHEN TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE

Corporate Customer Care office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Contact Customer Care at (972) 943-2828 or customercare@cmamanagement.com if you have questions related to the following:

 

  • Billing
  • Refinancing
  • Making payments via phone
  • Resale certificates
  • Resetting your account password
  • Updating your email address or contact info
  • Questions about your private online account or profile (such as adding an additional contact email address to your account)
