The Finance Committee advises the SRCA Board of Directors in regards to budgeting, financial operations, and accounting matters. Among their key duties, they analyze the association’s annual operating and capital budgets, review financial implications of capital and strategic projects, and oversee the Repair & Replace (R & R) study and related budget to ensure ongoing maintenance of all shared association assets. Because Finance Committee meetings are held in executive session, we do not publish their meeting minutes to this website.
